This is a structured 6-month programme designed to create real change over time, not just short-term relief.
You’ll be supported as you move through the RESTORE method, with space to understand what’s happening, interrupt patterns, and build a different way of responding to your life.
Fortnightly 90-minute live group sessions.
Each session combines:
• Understanding what's happening beneath the surface
• Guided somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system and increase capacity
• Coaching and support around real-life challenges
• Practical tools to interrupt patterns and respond differently
• Reflection and integration so the work becomes part of everyday life
Between sessions you'll be supported to apply what you're learning in real situations, not just understand it intellectually.
This isn't six months of talking about anxiety.
It's six months of learning how to work with yourself differently.
Between sessions, you’ll have ongoing support to actually apply what you’re learning in your real life, not just understand it intellectually.
You’ll also have access to additional tools and practices to support you outside of the live sessions, along with a 30-day integration call after the programme to help you continue moving forward.

RESTORE is a minimum 6-month group coaching programme designed to support deep, lasting nervous system and emotional change.
