This is a 6-month programme for women who look like they’ve got it together on the outside… but feel anxious, overwhelmed and unable to properly switch off underneath.

You’ve tried thinking differently. You’ve tried calming yourself down. You’ve tried getting a better routine, journalling, meditating, talking about it.

And while some of that might help in the moment, nothing has properly shifted long term.

Because this isn’t just happening in your thoughts.

When you’ve been carrying as much as you have for as long as you have, your system adapts to that level of pressure. It stays switched on, even when you don’t need it to be.

The RESTORE Programme is designed to change that.

How it works

This is a structured 6-month programme designed to create real change over time, not just short-term relief.


You’ll be supported as you move through the RESTORE method, with space to understand what’s happening, interrupt patterns, and build a different way of responding to your life.


Fortnightly 90-minute live group sessions.


Each session includes understanding what’s actually happening for you, working with your body as well as your mind, coaching and support, and practical ways to interrupt patterns and respond differently.


Between sessions, you’ll have ongoing support to actually apply what you’re learning in your real life, not just understand it intellectually.


You’ll also have access to additional tools and practices to support you outside of the live sessions, along with a 30-day integration call after the programme to help you continue moving forward.



Investment

£333 per month for a minimum of 6 months.


After the initial 6 months, continued access and support is available at £222 per month.
